Airport Transfers: What to expect

After going through customs and baggage claim, outside the Arrivals you will meet your private driver that will hold a sign bearing your name.
You will then be transferred to your hotel in Bolzano.
In case of baggage/flight delay or if you are not able to locate the driver, before making alternative arrangements please contact the driver at the number listed on your voucher.

The average time of transfer listed below is an estimate but it is depending on the traffic situation and where your hotel/apartment is located in South Tyrol.

To secure the service we request that you fill out the request form and send it to us no later than three business days prior to your arrival. Please add your flight number, airline company and Information of the hotel you will stay under “Airlines and flight info/Hotel Information” in the booking form. We will get back to you with a confirmation within 24 hours.

If you cancel the service up to 72 hours prior your arrival/departure, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 72 hours from your arrival/departure there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.
